• Switch to fine energy bins around Fe and Ni lines.
• ELUT9 for change to icomp = 2
• Updated nominal science channel ELUT for June 2023
• Updated ELUT for fin energy bins around Fe and Ni lines.
• Index file with ELUTs applied up to 2023-07-31.
• Correct QL band status for high energy channels in nominal science energy channel file.
