I put the following into a file

<displayreference target="RFC7049" to="CBOR"/>
<displayreference target="RFC8152" to="CBOR"/>

and it did not complain. This should not be an allowed as it means that the reference is not unique.

Fixed in e751d15:

Added a test, with error exit, for duplicate replacement terms. Fixes issue #421.
