IdsDropdown: Last value from dropdown is not selectable

Describe the bug
Cannot select last value from dropdown while it is placed on a modal container with some zoomed screen. It is triggered in Angular version of Web Components.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to stackblitz link of https://stackblitz.com/edit/ids-enterprise-wc-140-uoojve?file=index.html
2. Zoom screen to some extend.
3. Scroll down to values and go to the last value.
4. Either the value is not displayed or the value is not selectable.

Expected behavior
All the dropdown values need to be displayed and should be selected.

But if we have some screen that is zoomed.
