Contributor @francois-drielsma has implemented some nice GPIBUSB enhancements to allow for using the prologix adapter with IK.
I'll be taking his branch and splitting up the code into multiple PRs so each thing can be shuttled in with unittests and all that. So please ignore the commit spam, I'm going to flatten the PR on merge.
