First official release but mostly minor changes!

🎉 First "real" release here! 🎉
Mostly just cleaning stuff up, more annotation, etc but wanted to create an official version.

Big-ish changes:

• Added support for hero images
• Split some of the Javascript into separate files – will be more server calls but easier to modify
• Useful variables now at the top of recipe.php, allowing for more customization
• Cleaner responsive design, especially on the alpha-buttons on the main page
• readme cleanup and more info
• (Probably some other stuff I forgot about too, but nothing should break if you already have this installed)
