v2.0.0-RC1 - Upgrade to Kamon 2.0.0-RC1 and Trace Reporter

This is the first version available for Kamon 2.0.0-RC1 and comes with a few improvements:

• You can now configure which environment tags get reported to Datadog using the kamon.datadog.environment-tags settings.
• Includes a SpanReporter that can send data to Datadog's Trace agent.
• Fixes the time unit used when converting measurements (it was previously hardcoded to be seconds).
