The modal box should be open if we click on add lead button of the leads page.

CRM version : V1.0.1

Steps To reproduce--

1. log in as Admin/User.
2. Click on the Leads tab.
3. Click on Add Lead button in the center of lead page

Actual result : When we clicking on Add Lead button in the canter of the leads page. then the modal box is not opening for creating a lead. Please Find the blew screenshot.

Expected result : The modal box should be open if we click on add lead button of the leads page.

Now,this issue is fixed, so i am closing this issue.
And i have attached a screenshot for future reference.
