CRM Version: V1.2.1

Steps To reproduce--

1. Log in as Admin/User.
2. CLick on the activity tab.
3. Click on any lead's name.

Actual result: The page is not redirecting to the leads when the user is clicking on any lead. Please find the below screenshot.

Expected result: The page should be redirected to the leads when the user is clicking on any lead.
