CRM Version: V1.2.2

Steps To reproduce--

1. Log in as Admin/User.
2. Try to change into lost.
3. Enter blade value like {{ url('/') }} into reason input field.

Actual result: The user is not able to view the page after entering the blade value into the input box. Please find the below Screen recording.

Expected result: The page should not be crash. if the user is trying to enter the blade value into the input field.

Now, this issue is fixed. so I am closing this issue.
