Can the two types be merged perhaps?

Possibly but that would require a bit more thinking. This one is editing and committing changes into the dictionary while the other one is just dictionary. I'll leave as is for now, we can update it after we fix other issues

That type might warrant a DebuggerDisplayAttribute, possible needed in some of the other types like JsonTypeInfo and JsonPropertyInfo.

I'll leave this off for now since we don't usually do that for all IList<T>
