What does this PR introduce?

Related task: #862jzc2c7

📄 Documentation

Add @title Natspec comments for each smart contract interfaces.

📦 Build

Add script to generate interface IDs when building the smart contracts.

This script will generate a markdown table automatically every time the command npm run build is used. It will parse the description for each interface / contract under the Natspec comment @title.

It will then save the markdown table to a file under docs/_interface_ids_table.mdx. This file can then be imported in a docusaurus page on docs.lukso.tech.
