Add missing transition properties for atmosphere and terrain

Summary of changes

Following properties have been added:

1. Atmosphere:

• colorTransition
• highColorTransition
• horizonBlendTransition
• rangeTransition
• spaceColorTransition
• starIntensityTransition

2. Terrain:

• exaggerationTransition
