* Convert noteblocks for mozilla/add-ons/webextensions folder

This PR converts the noteblocks for the 'mozilla/add-ons/webextensions' folder to GFM syntax, using a [conversion script](https://github.com/queengooborg/mdn-toolkit/blob/main/upgrade-noteblock.js). This is part 7.
