Support thousands separator (, or . depending on locale) in PowerToys Run Calculator #3691

There's another issue on the tracker that's pretty much the same thing.
PowerToys Run should support the thousands separator when evaluating any arithmetic expression.
For example,
12,345 * 67
currently returns no results.
But
12345 * 67 returns
827115
This will be very useful because content in other places (such as web sites or excel spreadsheets) are often formatted with the thousands separator. When you copy and paste such content into the Run window, if it does not support the separator, a user will have to manually remove the separator before an expression can be evaluated.
The parser in PowerToys Run should be updated to support , or . (depending on the locale) for arithmetic expressions.
