[ci] Remove .travis.yml

Bond is no longer using Travis CI.

Remove the .travis.yml file for Travis CI builds.

References to .travis.yml need to remain in the image cleanup script.
For historical tags, we need to keep the images that were referenced by
those .travis.yml files.
