Description

prevent tests from being triggered twice (by the push and pull-request events).
browser test:
- is flaky: update dependency karma-sauce-launcher. This could help, maybe.
- job regularly runs 360m until cancelled by github => sets timeout-minutes to 20m.
Growl test:
- fails => temporarily removes download/installation/start of Growl on Windows.
