This release works with build 38 aligned VCFs:

• The SNP genomic coordinates in fh.py have been converted from build 37 to build 38.
• The genomic coordinates in the complete.vcf and incomplete.vcf test files have been converted from build 37 to build 38.
• Minor edits to the Makefile to standardise image and tag naming.
