Option to disable hardware media keys popup/overlay on Windows

Is there an option to disable this popup when changing system volume on Windows while mpv is playing media?

This is what the popup looks like:

Unfortunately, I could not find anything.

A similar option exists in Chromium #hardware-media-key-handling, Firefox media.hardwaremediakeys.enabled
