internetradio: add attaching to vehicles #518

If player is in vehicle, speaker should get attached to it
Two configurable options:
-> Destroy attached speaker if vehicle explodes
-> Destroy attached speaker if vehicle gets destroyed

          Move destroying to clearPlayerSpeaker
