There's 2 playlist category:
For user playlist each user can create 3 playlists.
To use this feature, you must buy the premium membership.
While for the guild playlist, each guild who has purchased a premium membership can create 3 playlists.
BUT each playlist for user and guild can only consist 20 tracks.
Currently there is no way to increase the number of playlists that can be created and the number of tracks that can be added to each playlist. So use it wisely.
