Correct selection date for H3N2 2022 egg vaccine

Fixes a typo in the selection date for H3N2's egg-passaged vaccine for 2022 thanks to an eagle-eyed member on the discussion board (https://discussion.nextstrain.org/t/influenza-vaccine-selection-dates/1710).
