I have nx:18.2.1. I was following this blog article : link

Regarding the the testing section link when trying to make a create-*-cli, I think the doc is not up to date.

This command below is not working:

npx nx run-many --targets publish --ver 1.0.0 --tag latest

To test the package, I have to :

• version it: for instance, nx release version major --first-release
• then publish it: nx release publish

Then I have the packages in Verdaccio and I can use the create-*-cli
