I can only see one Incorrect taxon constraint here: preplacodal ectoderm DisjointWith in taxon some Mammalia => mammals lack noses and nostrils (nares). |

We really need to be much more conservative with bulk addition of never-in-taxon. I think triage is needed: go through and choose all the obviously true never in taxon, pulling the rest out for investigation time permitting. We should probably pull out all developmental/embryonic terms by default as many are hard to judge without lots of investigation. |

I think removing all would be too much. AFAIK the problem is with this sheet (UBERON_2.*) https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/133F9PVxOk2lM8tkY_afjy7P_bwbZM1b_u1O2abyTvI8/edit#gid=1895359959 Shawn working with @matentzn to strip these. Should be done soon. |
