TL;DR

1. Merge this PR or work on my branch
2. run make up, wait until something like:

envoy_1   | [2019-03-02 11:14:57.290][6][info][main] [source/server/server.cc:446] all clusters initialized. initializing init manager

Open browser: http://localhost:5000, open your inspector, console tab. you'll see:

NOTE: I have hardcoded the IP in client.js (that is the output of $ docker-machine ip), you need to change with yours. To make it automatic, surely that will be out of scope of this PR.
