@technicalpickles @josecolella I know using hashes seems odd at first blush, but I'll justify it in 2 ways:

• Github action versions are mutable (their associated commit can be changed) - the underlying commits can change. Hashes are both more secure and deterministic.
• I've set them to automerge, so we shouldn't have to worry about them as long as they build with success
