URL to CATS Professional Account Login

Do we still need to show the CATS Professional Account Login on top of every page? This actually redirects to an non-existing page and I don't think we should show it here since OpenCATS doesn't have any relation with CATS. However, it's okay to show the Powered By credits on the footer.
