docs: update subgraph+tutorial documentation

Proposed Changes

• Remove the subgraph folder
• Update the tutorial docs
• Import the tribute-contracts lib as dev dependency in tribute-subgraph
• Remove the subgraph lint and build workflow from tribute-contracts and to tribute-subgraph
• Tutorial updated to match the latest tribute contracts
• Added back the docker folder to the root of the project (this is how we launch the dao using docker-compose)
• Removed the subgraph configuration from the tutorial
• Updated the tribute-ui images
