[Feature Request] Integrate latency and resource usage data to query categorization metrics

We have introduced resource tracking for search queries including latency, cpu and memory as part of 2.15, used in the Top N queries feature. We now want to tie the query type and query resource usage together to give us more layers in the query categorization metrics.

Describe the solution you'd like

This will include tying the query categorization data with the latency and resource usage data.

This task will include all the instrumentation required to integrate the latency and resource usage data to the query categorization related metrics.
