Local Build Instructions

For the React Front-End

• cd into cloutroute
• run 'npm install' to install dependencies
• run 'npm start' to start react app

For the Express Backend-End

• cd into backend
• run 'npm install' to install dependencies
• run 'npm start' to express router
• copy and paste 'mta-gtfs' into node module (replace if it currently exists)
