This will start the gadget, but task will just wake up on GRANDPA finality notifications then go back to sleep until we also get BEEFY capable runtime, plus governance call to enable BEEFY (see more details polkadot-fellows/runtimes#65 (review)) |

Fellowship companion: polkadot-fellows/runtimes#65 This starts the BEEFY client by default for Polkadot nodes. Governance/sudo call is later required to enable/start consensus. Part of paritytech/parity-bridges-common#2420
