Links to old pages update

Changes proposed in this pull request:

• Updates the menu of all .rst files
  • Commits are done by directory
• Cleaned up some links errors, and ignored links
• Created some scripts to do this task in a more automatic manner
  • Note that this task should be done when the major or minor version in develop changes
