With this staging branch added, system76-driver and all of its DKMS-related dependencies install properly on Ubuntu 24.04, where they used to fail. (system76-driver-nvidia, which hadn't been tested before, also installs successfully.)
Edit: Also double-checked that this does not change the package set installed on Pop!_OS 22.04, as the packages now being explicitly required were already present in Pop!_OS due to other dependencies.
