This PR introduces CI to test for the issue observed in #126

For the review: The purpose of this PR is to show that there is an issue (#126), not to fix it. Fixing the issue is more complicated (#128) and I would like to solve this independently.

This also means that https://github.com/precice/fenics-adapter/pull/127/checks?check_run_id=2355423746 is expected and supposed to fail.
