3D simulations with anisotropic fast marching

This version is the pre-release of pyKasso 3D. It is the first released version that includes the 3D fast marching. The structure of the code and the input formats have been revised to enhance flexibility and simplicity. Bugs are still possible, additional testing are currently in progress.
