This PR is just a drag'n'drop update of the latest version of Readium CSS, but some stuffs are missing in the Readium CSS integration, which I detailed in this shared issue.
I changed the file structure to match the one from Readium CSS, to be able to drag'n'drop directly the
dist/folder in the future and allow reading apps to point to another build of Readium CSS.The AccessibleDfa and IA Writer Duospace fonts are now available by default, but I kept OpenDyslexic for backward-compatibility.
