use bootstrap.py for registrations #58

as discussed with @psuriset, let's try to use bootstrap for regs.
this is untested, but it might just work ;)

based on Katello/katello-client-bootstrap#197

will always run bootstrap with --force, so be careful ;)

if you don't define bootstrap_login/bootstrap_password it will not try to do puppet, otherwise it will

requires a properly set up activation key, with the sat-tools repo enabled
