As mentioned in #32, the testing of this files has proved they are functional and allow for communication of control of the move_groups from the CSDA10F with the FS100 controller.

These files are ready in my opinion to be pushed to the motoman repository.

I believe this is already stable enough to be a pull-request in the motoman package.
