Extend vscode integreation.

This PR:

• Set's the default python interpreter to /workspace/frappe-bench/env/bin/python. Fixes Default VSCode config to use Frappe Python env #87
• Gives user ability to sync the vscode debugger configuration files using flag --debugger in fm code <site>.
