Since toolstate now tracks the embedded book, the failing test cases should be fixed first.

I've posted a PR to fix the tests, will wait for that to get fixed.

@kennytm Do you know if there is a reason why the edition-guide is not included in the book tests? It is tested in its own CI, but maybe it should be added here, too?

@ehuss The reason is no one added the edition-guide to the toolstate job 🙂. To check additional books, they need to be manually included into this file https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/blob/master/src/ci/docker/x86_64-gnu-tools/checktools.sh.

I have updated the books, I think they should pass now.

I also added the edition-guide to the set of tested books. I'm not sure if there's anything else that needs to be done to add an entry to the toolstate? Also, I'm guessing since this touches a file in the CI directory, it will cause docker images to be rebuilt? If that's too much trouble, I can take that out.

@ehuss It should only rebuild the tools job on the CI, so it's not a big deal.

To track the entry in toolstate you need to update publish_toolstate.py to include the points-of-contact when the book is broken or fixed, and https://github.com/rust-lang-nursery/rust-toolstate/blob/master/_data/latest.json needs to be updated to include the historical state of the edition-guide (could be done anytime).
