Post Cat O2 sensors are only used to determine CAT efficiency and health, removing the O2 sensors will only trigger DTCs and not the function of your ECU/ENGINE

Disable DTCs:

87 Lambda Sensor Post Cat Bank 1

92 Lambda Sensor Post Cat Bank 1 Voltage Monitoring

178 Catalytic Converter Efficiency Bank 1
