Description
Extension of #339. This addresses a formatting issue where Sphinx is unable to handle hyperlinks that contain text formatting (this was not discovered until the HTML files were actually generated via Sphinx as part of #347). A few other minor corrections were also made based on the Sphinx HTML files.
