Request for Feedback: OCI image-spec 1.1.0

OCI is approaching a 1.1.0 release on the image-spec and distribution-spec, so we are reaching out to implementations to see if you have any concerns implementing support for those changes that we should address before a GA release.

@sudo-bmitch Thanks for the heads-up! I don't have any specific feedback, although I appreciate that you're moving to the "one line per sentence" formatting style which we probably should be using more often for our own stuff as well.

@SuperSandro2000 I opened #255 to satisfy a new requirement added in the draft spec.
