Closed as corresponding PR on the Go client has been dropped in favor of a different, simpler approach for achieving the same results (secrethub/secrethub-go#223) |

This PR implements the CLI changes required by secrethub/secrethub-go#222. Namely renaming
credential.Readertocredential.PassphraseReader.
