Hi, I'm a machine learning enthusiast from Hungary, and benefited a lot from your cheat sheets while taking CS229 online. So as a way of giving back, I decided to translate the cheat sheets to Hungarian.

Also, I'm pretty new to GitHub and this is my first pull request, so I hope everything goes as expected :)

I see that you have completed the translation for both refresher, thank you for your work! Now, we would need to find another native speaker to review the content before we can merge it to the master branch. Would there be anyone you know who could do that work?

Hi @balazs-vida, thank you again for all your work. Would it be possible to remove the cheatsheet-supervised-learning.md from this pull request and separate the the refreshers in two separate PRs?
