Discord2FA 1.4 - added messages.yml, added Storage alternatives, added Discord role

This Version adds many new features to Discord2FA:

1. Reworked storage system to support files(YAML) and possible support for other Database types like MongoDB.

2. Added the option to set a Discord role that will be given to users that link their accounts.

3. Added separate messages.yml file to modify all messages, as the config was getting too long and complicated.
