MPI_Gather + GEOPM issue

This program built for LLNL's Catalyst machine. 


GEOPM build

module purge
module load gcc/4.9.3 mvapich2/2.2 StdEnv
./autogen.sh
CC=mpicc CXX=mpicxx F77=mpif77 ./configure --enable-debug --prefix=$HOME/ex-mpigather-geopm/geopm/build
make
make install
