"Save #" and "Load #" actions do not use current bank #953

All hotkeys from "Save 0" through "Save 9", including "Load" column, recognize current bank and make use of it, but "Save #" and "Load #" at the very bottom does not.

Thanks. I've changed those to use the current bank and also adjusted the slot/bank messages to always display both.
