As announced here, set-output in Github Actions will stop working the 31st of May.

For instance this

echo "::set-output name=project_version::$PROJECT_VERSION"

Should be replaced with

echo "project_version=$PROJECT_VERSION" >> $GITHUB_OUTPUT
