- What I did
Change all platform submodules into sonic-buildimage repo itself.
This will make the kernel upgrade straightforward.
- How I did it
Removed all platform submodules, add the code from submodules of the same commit-ids to sonic-buildimage on the same location.

Image was build and verified on one platform.
