I added a GitHub action to deploy the docs to GH pages: https://github.com/speechmatics/speechmatics-python/blob/master/.github/workflows/sphinx-pages.yml, tested with b0331e0 and checking the copyright got updated.
We can remove the generated docs from the repo now.
